This means putting your trust in me that I will do my best to support you and your health. And, you must accept responsibility for putting recommendations into action and learning your own body. If you are not ready to own your part of this journey, this process will not work. As the coach, it is not my role to tell you what to do or do the work for you.
My coaching programs are customized for each person and your unique health journey. I may suggest comprehensive functional health testing or lab work to help guide the path that may not be covered by your insurance. It is always your choice to include additional testing or lab work in our work together.
